purchase order # NOT on emailed purchase order

Sometime between April 14 and April 16, purchase order #s started being left OFF the emailed version of my purchase order to my vendors.

The subject line is SUPPOSED TO SAY: Angelika's Yarn Store: Purchase Order #1306
Instead the subject line says: Angelika's Yarn Store: Purchase Order #4/16/2008
and inside the email, the purchase order cell is BLANK.

HELP!
