2008.1 IE and time out issue

Hello Netsuite Users:)

I have reported issues from my staff that netsuite is crashing Microsoft IE 6 and 7 and is also Timeing out in Firefox just after loging in.
Is anyone else having these issues

Safari also seems to have issues in not displaying the drop down links next to the relevant label.
