International Shipping Rates on Website
Defect 136168 - International Shipping > Web store : The shipping estimator does not show a rate if you don’t enter a zip code for an international address (some countries - like Hong Kong - don't have zip codes). But if you enter 00000 in the zip code field a rate is returned.
We have been patiently (I use that term loosely) for a resolution to this issue. We first notified Netsuite about this issue on 12/7/2007.
I am surprised more customers who ship international don't have this issue, maybe you do and don't realize it. The shipping works fine on the backend and when checking out - so why the heck can't the "Shipping Estimator" on the website work??
