KPI Error Message - NO Fix!!!
We sometimes get the error message coming up on our KPI's of Error - that saved search does not exist as we have a number of users creating and amending them. This breaks the portlet completely in that none of the KPI's come up, and neither does the Set Up option at the bottom.
Before 2008.1 it was the case that we could click Customize this Page and the Set Up Key Performance Indicators from that screen and it would take us to the KPI setup screen. However, with the smart new method of customising the page this is obviously no longer possible and we can't fix these errors! Is there a new mthod of navigating to this screen and if not then what should we do in these instances?!!
