We can't update ANY matrix child items without getting an error

We can't update ANY matrix child items without getting an error.

Is that considered "down time" in the NS uptime statistics page?

We need to adjust some prices and remove some items from the website and we can't.  Any change to any child gets an error when saving the changes.

Is anyone else having this issue?
