Mass Updating Contacts

Hi All,

We're trying to do a mass update to change the format of the contacts to be "Last Name, First".

We've tried doing this via the Mass Updates | Individuals | Reformat Contacts using Last Name First option.  Using different types of criteria we still end up with the same result.

"Your mass update is complete, and has been successfully performed on 0 records"

Any ideas?
