Incorrect Shipping Cost
When a customer adds an item to their cart the shipping shows up as $50 to Canada with Duties included. We do offer that option for Canadian customers but, I have the default set to ground shipping.
The shipping will get corrected if you “estimate shipping” or when you get to checkout but, I think I'm getting some shopping cart abandonment.
Any suggestions?
I created a case and and person assigned to it was able to reproduce the problem but told me it was an enhancement even though they new it was incorrectly calculating the shipping.
