Where is the Case Incedent Date on the highlight tab

I am trying to use a case field for highlighting (Incident Date - date the of the case - not case created - we bump to the future for scheduled work).

While I can use 'Incident Date' in results I cannot seem to find it to compare it to anything.

Am I missing something?  Any help most appreciated.
