Saved search not emailing me Alert when new person is added

Hi All,

I am having problems setting up a saved search to email me when a record becomes listed and fits the criteria for the saved search.


I have setup an entity date field called " Follow up date " to tell me when I should follow that client up.


I then created a saved search called " Follow ups due today " and then in the EMAIL tab I selected " Send email alerts when records are created/updated"

I marked the search as public and also put my self as the recipient in the email tab.



So I then went to test this, I edited a clients " follow up date " to today and they then became listed in the " saved search " Follow ups due today "
