You may only change the name from the Company version of this record
I have an old customer who is shown as a company, as this was before NetSuite set up customers as individuals as well. I've been slowly changing customers from company to individual as they show up with orders.
today I received this error notice:
You may only change the name from the Company version of this record.
what gives? What hoops do I need to jump through to fix this. I've NEVER had this happen before. Normally you just click on individual and it fills in the first and last name, and if not, then you can fill it in manually, and hit save. No problem . . . . . . normally.
