Netsuite sends customer email addresses to Paypal Merchant Service Provider
We use Paypal Website Payments Pro as our merchant services provider. Recently, we discovered that our customers' email addresses are being given to Paypal when a credit card sale is processed through Netsuite.
I filed a problem case with online support, but they were no help because they didn't understand the problem. They thought the transaction was intiated by the customer through Paypal. That is not the case. The transaction is initiated by us through Netsuite.
Does anyone know how to stop Netsuite from sending our customers' email addresses to Paypal?
