Edit Chart of Accounts

No matter what role I'm in (system admin or Accountant), I no longer see the "Edit" button in order to edit the chart of accounts.  I used to be able to do this without a problem, but I've not had a need to edit the accounts for awhile.  Can anybody tell me what I am missing?  Did Roles Change?

The help says: 

[INDENT]On the Chart of Accounts page, you can:

Click Edit next to an account to Edit that account record.
[/INDENT]


BUT I no longer see the edit button.
