Additional Filters not working correctly on Approve & Fufill SO

On the Approve Sales Orders and Fulfill Sales Orders pages, the additional filters are not working correctly.  They were working just fine last week, but stopped working on Friday.

For example, we have a custom transaction body field called Hold Status which is a list type pointing to a custom record list of hold statuses we have defined.      Last week, when filtering by hold status, if you selected -None- it would list all orders with a blank (not set) hold status.  Now when selecting -None- thats exactly what it lists: nothing.

I just submitted support case #733268.

Anyone else having problems with the additional filters?
