TimeOfDay field parsing errors: seconds component and uppercase AM/PM

Three common date formats:[LIST=1]
[*]type '10:35:22' into a TimeOfDay field and you will get '10:35 am'
[*]type '10:35:22 pm' into a TimeOfDay field and you will get '10:35 am'
[*]type '10:35 PM' into a TimeOfDay field and you will get '10:35 am'[/LIST]Three defects:[LIST=1]
[*]Second component in time string being dropped - case# 733147
[*]Second component in time string forces 'am' - case# 733149
[*]Uppercase AM/PM incorrectly parsed as 'am' - case# 733148[/LIST]Awesome!!    << My very, very best sarcasm....
