Websites / Stores not responding (20+ minutes)

All,

Our sites are all down .. as are some other company sites that we know use the ecommerce part of NetSuite.

Of course... we have silver support... which JUST closed... (can't leave a message... )

And ... Netsuite support form for submitting errors/defects is ... well... defective and won't submit.

Anyone having the same issues... anyone know of a system outage?
