Netsuite Dead at Melbourne time 2:20pm

I nearly got a heart attack again today. I am very angry.:mad:
This is the fourth time from we go live from last year. Netsuite died for about 10-20 minutes during Melbourne time 2:20pm to 2:40pm.
This is our busiest working hour. We can not load the NS site. We have a lot of orders frozen on the screen; warehouses can not fulfill; customers waiting in our office for orders to be entered.
It seems the NS server was restarting or NS is releasing a small fix.
Netsuite, please remember when your US users may be sleeping, we in Australia are working. Please do not let our system down during our work time!
