Ebay Failed Order Import

The orders are not coming into Netsuite.  We have tried manually to import and using the automatic import.  They always failed.  We have not had even the 1st successful import.  We started trying with version 2007 and now with 2008.  I contact support (case number 727598), and they found errors on the back end Error 1420942604 Error 1421091968.  I do not know what these errors are.  Now I get a response that this is a defect.
