CSV Error message says this:

What does this mean and can anyone help me resolve it?  When I try to import my csv file it tells me this:

You do not have permissions to set a value for element title due to one of the following reasons:
1) The field is read-only
2) An associated feature is disabled
3) The field is available either when a record is created or updated, but not in both cases.

What field are they talking about?  The file is not a read only. HELP PLEASE before I go blad from pulling my hair out!  THANK YOU:)
