Inventory Data Structure

Hi,

My question is about Inventory Items.  When viewing an item, I see the following fields :   Item Name/Number :
                                   Subitem of :

However, when doing a search and picking Item Name, the resulting value is a combination of Subitem of and Item Name.  To illustrate,

Item Name/Number: Apple
           Subitem of: Fruit

The resulting report will show "Fruit:Apple" under Item Name heading.  Any ideas ?

Also, how is the field "Feed Name" entered/updated?
