Error: the operator of this business changed the price

Error:

While you were checking out, the operator of this business changed the price or availability of the shipping method you selected...



Our customers see that error when they attempt to check out of our webstore and the following criteria are met...

1. They have an item in their cart that is required to use a non-UPS shipping method.  We have a shipping method called "Motor Freight" for items that are 10' long or longer.

2. They pick UPS ground as their shipping method.

3. They hit "Submit Order" on the "review and submit" page.

4. The error comes up while it is processing the order.
