Printing UPS Labels not working this morning

We cannot print UPS Labels this morning. We get a message "An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information."

We can print Sales Orders and Pick Tickets and Packing slips.

This has occurred on two different thermal printers, so we know it's not just a printer error.

Anyone else experiencing this?  Is this related to not being able to print packing slips, from this post this morning? https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=13335
