Customer Support Menu Option appearing in our Cust Center

The new Customer Support Menu Option pdf published by NS is appearing in all Customer Centers... including the one for our customers.  In other words, our customers that login to our Customer Center will see the pdf for NetSuite's telephone support menu options.

I've confirmed this on 3 NS accounts (different businesses) and all have it appearing -- so it's definitely not a setup option on my end.

I opened support case #741155.
