Help field not working on Custom Item Fields
I have created several custom item fields and, as instructed in NS Help*, have entered info into the Help field to assist other users. It is my understanding that when the field name is clicked in an item entry form, the help text will appear. It doesn't. All I get is this:
This is a custom field of type Rich Text
Field ID: custitem_itemtabtag (or whatever the field name is)
That's the same thing I got before I entered help text. Am I missing a step or is this worthy of filing a support case?
