Old Cases Still Not Resolved

PLEASE LOOK INTO CASE #696214
AS WELL AS 701735

THESE ARE BOTH PERTAINING TO CREDIT CARD ORDERS ON THE CUSTOMER CENTER.  WE STARTED TRYING TO GET THIS RESOLVED IN OCTOBER OF 2007.
IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE SHIPPING ESTIMATOR ON THE "MY ACCOUNTS" SECTION OF THE WEBSITE, AND IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH CC'S NOT AUTHORIZING ON THE CUSTOMER CENTER?
