Random orders not printing, help!
For the past year we have had this issue with orders not printing, and it is random orders. On each Sales Order on the Messages tab there is a checkbox that say's "To Be Printed". For some unknown reason this get's unchecked. When looking at the History tab under System Notes there is no indication that anyone has changed or unchecked this. So if an order doesn't get printed, we may not notice it for days. I am so fed up with this and it is unexplainable.
Today we had a customer contact us to ask where his order was. After looking into it we noticed that it wasn't printed, therefore our shipping guy never got his order to pack. I looked at the History tab for this order and it said:
