Time out error when saving a matrix item
One of our employees got the following error:
Your session has timed out. Please re-enter your information and try again.
They weren't logged out because he was able to open a new window and navigate around, but he'd continue to get this error if he tried resubmitting the page.
He had created a matrix, and was going through the different options, selecting the correct ones, and when he went to save he received this notice. However, he was actually clicking the checked boxes so we're not quite sure as to why the session timed out.
Any ideas? He lost all his work and and to go back to reenter it again
