Letter Template Runtime 424 Error
I have a letter template that I added some controls to to make check boxes and dropdown selections. It works fine in Word, I uploaded and tested in a Customer file only to get the runtime error 424. I read that this error is an "object missing" error. Looking into this error a bit I realized that the names that I called the control boxes had been changed to "ThisDocument" when I "merged" the letter template. My control boxes had unique names. So obviously this is why it cannot find the "object". Why are the names getting changed?
If I go back to the file cabinet and look at the uploaded document it still showes everthing like I had it originally.
