Contact Name cannot be edit

Hi All,
i have been suffering for more than a year with this problem.
If i created a  contact record and i want to edit the First Name, Middle Name or Last Name, Netsuite will not reflect the change in the Contact Name (field that contains FN, MN and LN together.
The workaround is that we should edit ONE by ONE :mad:
I am not sure why Netsuite has this problem as an Enhancement and not as a Defect.

My case number is 677001

I think NS. should help us to not spend our time fixing this problems manually.....
