COGS - Severe Issues (Are we the only ones?)
We have had a very serious problem with the COGS not recalculating on our account for several months now (Case #650000 - Defect 135746).
The inventory values of a number of our products (I can only guess how many I have not found) is incorrect. We have been working with NCompass Solutions to try and get this issue resolved to no avail. We are being told by NS support that they are trying to rerun our database and that they are encountering an error.
Any financial reports that we run in NS now have the following message (for the last 3 months) printed across the top:
