USPS realtime rates NOT WORKING with ZIP+4

In doing some USPS sales order testing today I found out that currently it only works with 5 digit zip codes in the from address and ship to address.
Most of our customers provide zip codes in the NNNNN-NNNN format which is not functioning with the USPS/Endicia integration.

Hopefully Netsuite will provide a fix soon.
