NetSuite UI issues: appearance, behavior and consistency

I see signs that things are moving in the right direction (Matrix Assistant, page load stats dialog, etc) .... but not fast enough.
It hit home this evening while I was evaluating a new addition to Bugzilla (free, web based, open source bug tracking application) called "Testopia". Testopia is a test case/run management module for bugzilla. What caught my attention is the WONDERFUL UI it has!!! "ajaxy", snappy, looks good, responsive, etc.
Testopia is FREE software.
I still struggle with so many NetSuite UI issues, some are MAJOR problems that drive my users nuts. Here is a short list of some of the problems:
