Outlook Integration - HTML displaying
Hey Guys,
I have setup a few users with the Outlook sync tool that keeps the Netsuite calendar and Outlook calendar in sync.
The sync is working but it has destroyed the body of the meetings and appointments that have been setup in Outlook.
IE.
An appointment is created in Outlook with the body reading..
'Dear Bob,
Thanks for the earlier phone call
Regards
Ross'
When this syncs to Netsuite, it appears fine but then Netsuite syncs back changes (that haven't been made) and the body of the appointment in Outlook suddenly reads
'Dear Bob,

Thanks for the earlier phone call

Regards

Ross'
