We filed a case with customer support on Friday regarding this (Case #780455):

There is a group of customers who cannot log-in using their username and password. We tried modifying the password, and tried logging in as the customer through the Netsuite customer record, but nothing works. Obviously, these customers cannot place online orders, which is not good.

We heard that this was filed as a defect today - 152158.

Anyone else seeing this?
