A/R, Shipping, Commission reports failing

Our commission reports are failing to load and now we are getting failed status on simple reports for A/R and our Shipping.

These are all critical reports we have relied on for years and need to run our business.  We were told that our business was "different" than other businesses on Net Suite, we were set-up different??  We were set up in NS by NS personnel and have no idea what this person was talking about, she would say nothing else in regard to this

I understand this is a complicated software but there is no one to ask about this.
