Permission Error in password change

Hello!

Has anyone else had this issue?  While in employee center role, you used to be able to change your password.  The users are now getting an error that they need the Lists>Employees permissions to access this.  Of course, you cannot give them that permission in employee center.

Thanks.  Just checking on whether I am missing something or need to file a case with NS.
