forum search - can we please have a better search??

Can we please upgrade this circa 2001 forum software?

I'm trying to search for useful information and it's impossible.  As long as the search is using "any" for the search keyword criteria we will get too much information.

I wanted to find threads containing the words "validate" AND "line" - not "validate" OR "line"

Really... I don't understand this time-warp that NetSuite operates in... get with it!
