Saved Searches disappearing?

Anyone noticing problem with Saved Searches disappearing from the search results list (after you edit them)?

I noticed this yesterday, then again several times today.  When I edit a saved search (ex. edit the name), then when I go back to retrieve it from the Saved Search menu--it has disappeared?   I refresh my screen - still not in the list.  I logged out, then logged back in, and it's still not there.

Then (different saved search) I changed the criteria and "Saved As", and renamed the search. Likewise, when I went back in thru the Saved Search menu to retrieve / run the search--it's not in the list.
