Is displaying County/State/Province a new enhancement?
I want to find out if this field "County/State/Province", previously was just a data entry text box without the option to select a Drop Down List of items.
We have a Sync Tool which was programmed 6 months ago to retrieve STATE as a 3 character text (NSW,QLD, TAS,VIC) from Netsuite and it recently broke.
I discovered that now, the field in Netsuite "County/State/Province" when someone select AUSTRALIA in the country field automatically displays NEW SOUTH WALES, NORTHERN TERRITORY, TASMANIA, VICTORIA instead of acronymn: NSW, NT, TAS,VIC.
So, the new entries which we created can not be displayed via the programming of the SYNC tool.
