Can't Post Revenue Recognition in 2008.2

edited Dec 3, 2019 3:07PM in General 2 comments

Since the upgrade to 2008.2 I can't post Revenue Recognition journal entries of fulfillable items.  It returns the following error:

"Locations are mandatory. One or more source transactions do not have Location and therefore the related revenue recognition journals cannot be created. Please see help for additional information."

Changing the Accounting Preferences to not require locations allows the journal to post but this isn't an option since we need locations for financial reports, etc.  I've tried having the columns in the header and/or columns of invoices but nothing works.  When the location is set on the column/line item level editing the invoice, adding the location and clicking save does not keep the location field set (it simply reverts back to null).

Howdy, Stranger!
