Endicia/USPS Funding Error

1. Set up Endicia account, and successfully integrated with NS

2. Clicked the USPS/Endicia 'Fund Accout' link in Setup>Setup Shipping

3. Got this msg:The Endicia Web Password does not match the Web Password for this USPS Registration account number.
 
4. Double-checked with Endicia to confirm that we are using the correct Web Password.
