Unable to create new sales order

So on Friday, we've been having issues with the address information (address information was blank) not coming up for our customers when creating a new sales order.  You'd have to complete a sales order and then go back into it to pick an address.

Today I can't even create a sales order at all.

I can start a new sales order, and pick the customer.. but it never pulls in the customer information (sales rep, address, terms, etc.).. it just locks up.
