Lost Lead Records
Hello,
Has anyone else experienced the loss of lead records after editing them? It does not happen very often but sometimes when we edit and save a record disappears from our records. Specifically we are changing the sales rep the lead is assigned to. Then we save and poof gone.
I have called Gold Support and basically get told there is nothing they can do without the name of the record. I try to explain to them that it is not practical to write down every lead in the rare event that it vanishes. If we have to write down our leads why are we paying so much for your services?
