Data wiped out on Job Form?
Today one of my users escalated an issue to me that I've been unable to recreate. When she opened her Job Form the fields were blank. She has been to the "Job" multiple times over the past month and each time updated multiple fields. Today many of those data points were blank. She had to start from scratch (memory).
Anyone else noticing that data on Entry Forms or Job Forms gets wiped out somehow? Very strange. For now, I'll ask my Sales & Service teams to keep an eye on it...just wanted to see if anyone else has had a similar experience.
