account wide scripting problem - can't load any records with UE scripts

about 15 minutes ago we started noticing that loading any records with UE scripts or any SuiteLets are crashing with:


An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information.

An unexpected SuiteScript error has occurred



Major outage, dead in the water right now.
