Tab Webpage Display Duplicated

We are getting some of our TAB pages like http://www.smallconcept.com/BOYCLOTHES duplicated down the page (showing the HTML category template twice vertically).  We haven't changed any of our code and I think this happened about a year ago two.

Netsuite - can you tell me if there's a bug right now in serving web pages?
