Unexpected Error: Editing Items

We have been unable to edit items (any type: non-inventory, download, service, etc.) since yesterday.  The system returns an unexpected error.  I spoke with support and they are planning on opening a defect.  Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?  If so - did you receive any more information from support about timing for a fix?
