Shipping Cost tax does not calculate in tax total

Hi does anyone else have the following problem?

Shipping Cost tax does not show in tax order total.

This problem only started happening about 2 weeks ago.

Our shipping cost has a tax rate of 12.5% but it doesn;t show up in the order tax total.

Please help if you can.
