Outlook Add-In Issue w/ OneWorld
We have an issue with the using the NetSuite / Outlook Add-in with our One World multi-subsidiary account. All the functions work except for adding a new Contact using the Add-In.
Upon entering contact info and pressing enter, we get an error message "Failed to Add; Field_Param_Reqd : Please enter a value for Subsidiary". There is no field for Subsidiary on the pop-up window for entering a new contact.
I have logged a case and the rep has exhausted all avenues and is creating an Issue / Defect. I find it hard to believe that I am the first to stumble upon this issue. Does anyone have any insight?
