Saved Searches are not working :mad:
I created a Customer Saved Searches and I am not able to export my information.
I get an error that says: This search has timed out. You can choose to schedule it to run in the background and have the results emailed to you when complete. On the saved search form, click the "Email" tab, check "Send According to Schedule", choose an email address on the "Specific Recipients" subtab and a recurrence pattern on the "Schedule" subtab.
I scheduled the saved search and I did not get the report....
I called Customer Support and after 1 hour of "investigations" I got nothing but a workaround where I should filter my information and get it by pieces...this is not acceptable...somebody help!
