Receiving Errors this morning - anyone else?

Is anyone having trouble this morning receiving in purchase orders? 
Once I select the appropriate lines and select "save" I get an error message that says "That record does not exist"
I tried rebooting, clearing cookies/history, etc...and the problem remains.
